Each of our executive team members bring a wealth of expertise and an un-wavering work ethic to make sure our customers have the best products and tools.
Our board members include tech entrepreneur Dean Dodrill, who built and sold the firm Amteva to Cisco Systems, and who currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member of Decisiv, an SRM software platform for the logistics industry.
Our hospitality leadership includes powerhouses Mark Woodworth, Principal of R.M. Woodworth & Associates, and former Senior Managing Director of CBRE Hotels; and Bill Reynolds, Senior Managing Director of MCS Capital LLC, an investment affiliate of the Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS), and former Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Thayer Lodging Group.
We also have our own in-house development team of software engineers and platform specialists ensuring our customers always have the latest and greatest technology.
Charlie Fritsch, the founder of HIA, provides hoteliers with top-tier, affordable business software solutions.
His 25+ years experience as a leading hotel broker, and owner of firm MBA Hotel Brokers, drives him to help hoteliers get the most from their investments. He founded HIA to enable hoteliers to access the most advanced accounting and business intelligence tools on the market.
A multiple-term President Elect of Hotel Brokers International, Charlie earned the Certified Hotel Broker (C.H.B.) title in 2001.
His 30+ year career in commercial real estate began with restoring two historic hotels in 1984, and now Charlie uses his experience to transform hotel operations with technology.
As Co-founder and COO, Chip Fritsch oversees all day-to-day operations at HIA from product development to business strategy.
He works with our software development team to ensure that hoteliers have the latest and greatest technology, while also supervising our customer support and operations teams to deliver the best client experience.
A former full-service hotel general manager, Chip knows the in-and-outs of hotel operations and uses that experience to develop new products and services. He brings 15+ years of hospitality experience, including a 7 year focus in hotel software and was pivotal in helping HIA win the Acumatica Development Award.
Outside of work, Chip enjoys hiking, biking, and making it to the beach as often as he can.
Chris Hall is an Innovative, transformative and multicultural executive specializing in integrated SaaS solution sales. An exceptional relationship professional with global sales experience and builds lasting corporate connections.
He has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, in both operations and sales roles. The last 10 of which were selling hospitality specific Saas directly to hotel companies.
He has held a variety of operations roles throughout the United States with John Q Hammons Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, Radisson Hotels and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
Chris also created and operated his own restaurant in Australia and is our resident “Foodie”. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Endicott College in Massachusetts, a Degree in Hotel Management from Les Roche Hotel Management School in Switzerland, and is certified in French Language from the French Language School in Paris.
An electronic engineering leader with extensive expertise in ERP ecosystems, Fernando Amadoz has over 15 years experience in software development, customizations, and integrations.
Currently Amadoz leads the tech development team at Hotel Investor Apps, as Chief Development Officer. In prior experience, Amadoz lead SkyKnack LLC, a software services and development firm focused on the Acumatica ERP framework, as CEO. Amadoz has been recognized multiple times with the Acumatica Developer MVP award, most recently in 2023.
An avid traveler, Amadoz enjoys learning languages in his spare time and is a proud girl-dad.
Ted Walker brings 9+ years of experience with web-based accounting software and technology leadership.
With a passion for customer service and improving the efficiency of both the product and the process of development, Ted is excited to bring the latest and greatest features to HIA’s platform and products.
Jaime Goss has over 10 years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry, primarily specializing in digital marketing. Jaime brings direct experience as Director of Marketing for MBA Hotel Brokers.
At Hotel Investor Apps, Jaime heads up marketing initiatives including brand strategy, website design, email marketing, advertising and press relations.
Jaime holds two degrees from Maharishi University of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Living.
In her free time, Jaime likes to relax with her husband, young children, and two dogs by spending time outside, walking, and hiking.
Gregg Suffredini has been helping business leaders and hoteliers become more profitable for decades. He brings extensive experience in software sales as well as knowledge of hotel accounting functionality.
Gregg comes to HIA from Data Plus where he served as President and Vice President of Business Development.
Outside of hotel back-office efficiency, Gregg’s passions include family, mountain biking, snowboarding, and traveling.
Kimberly has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 7 years, with most of her expertise in Hospitality Accounting, Time and Attendance and Business Analytics Solutions. She holds degrees in Accounting, and Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of South Florida.
While attending University she worked as a seasonal Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage, and after completing her degree she started her career in business intelligence software and has since worked in various areas of Operations and Analytics including Hotel Benchmarking and completed her PMP certification.
When Kimberly is not working to meet the needs of our customers, she spends time with her family, she travels, and she enjoys cooking, baking and creating new recipes. She completed an Executive Chef Program at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Léon, France.
Ignacio Mello brings over 30 years of hospitality experience in Accounting/Finance and Human Resources at both property and corporate senior management levels.
His trajectory in hospitality includes line-level jobs during school, hotel Controller for a full-service, 300+ room hotel and most recently leading an owner/operator’s corporate Human Resources department.
Ignacio has created and led innovative training programs for hotel professionals ranging from line level staff to senior executives, groups of all sizes up to 100+ and training sessions in Spanish.
Ignacio’s unique mix of on-property and corporate management experience with companies operating from 6 to over 100 hotels gives him first-hand insight and appreciation of the demands and challenges that arise at each end of the business.
Elisa Fritsch, MBA, brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience from the corporate, small business, and start-up arenas.
In the hospitality field she managed B2B Marketing for Choice Hotels International, Kalibri Labs, and MBA Hotel Brokers. She also worked as an award winning real estate agent with ReMax Realty Centre.
As Director of Marketing at Hotel Investor Apps, she focuses on inbound and content marketing.
Matt Polk, MBA, is an experienced Finance Executive with a deep hospitality background. With over 25 years in progressive hospitality finance both Internationally with Marriott and domestic with Miraval, The Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. He most recently held the role of Vice President of Finance at Tourists Welcome and Main Street Hospitality, two well-known hotel management companies in the Northeast. Polk has been responsible for all aspects of financial strategy, as well as corporate and property accounting functions. He has also been responsible for implementing multiple software solutions in these roles.
Matt earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Management Accounting from Central Queensland University.
As Director of Customer Onboarding, Matt brings a financial viewpoint to streamlining the onboarding process and helping to make the transition to new back-office software easy.
Charlie Fritsch founded Hotel Investor Apps Inc. out of a passion for providing hoteliers top-level accounting and business software at reasonable prices. Charlie always has new ideas developing new features and products to expanded the services of Hotel Investor Apps.
Charlie is also President and Founder of MBA Hotel Brokers, as well as President and Founder of MBA Capital Funding, Inc.
Charlie has also served as President Elect of HBI, Hotel Brokers International, the largest and oldest association of hotel brokers in 2007, 2012, and 2013.
Charlie has earned the designation of Certified Hotel Broker (C.H.B.) in 2001 and brings 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management, financing, and brokerage to the company.
He began his real estate career in 1984 with the purchase and rehab of two historic hotel properties. Charlie is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, and Iowa.
William H. Reynolds Jr., a hospitality industry powerhouse, brings a career of lodging industry investment and analysis experience. Bill Reynolds is Senior Managing Director of MCS Capital LLC, an investment affiliate of the Marcus Corportion (NYSE: MCS). Previous experience includes Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Thayer Lodging Group; Managing Director of a venture with USAA Real Estate; EVP and Chief Investment Officer of Meristar Hospitality REIT; Senior VP Development of Interstate Hotels and Resorts and CapStar Hotel Company.
Reynolds also serves as independent director on the board of the Watermark Lodging Trust, Pareto Energy, Main Street Hospitality, as well as the Collins School of Hospitality at CalPoly Pamona University.
Mark Woodworth, a Principal of R.M. Woodworth & Associates, was formerly the Senior Managing Director of CBRE Hotels | Americas Research and CBRE Econometric Advisers and is based in Atlanta. Mark has over 40 years of hospitality industry advisory experience.
Mr. Woodworth was previously with PKF Consulting/Hospitality Research from 1996 through 2014, at which time they were acquired by CBRE. He left CBRE in April 2020.
Before joining PKF Consulting USA, Mr. Woodworth was a Partner and Industry Chairman of the Hospitality Industry Consulting practice for Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P.
Woodworth has been quoted on hospitality issues in such noted publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Barron’s, USA Today, The Financial Times and numerous industry publications. Furthermore, Mr. Woodworth is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, is a Dean’s Distinguished Lecturer at Cornell University and is a member of the Travel and Tourism Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the immediate past Chairman of the Conference of Business Economists in Washington D.C. and sits on the Lodging Investment Roundtable of the AH&LA. He serves on the Finance Committee of the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and advises the Georgia Hospitality & Lodging Association. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Hospitality Research at Cornell University. He also received the 2016 Award of Excellence from the International Association of Conference Centers for publishing IACC’s annual conference center trends report.
Dean Dodrill has held various technology related positions over the past 35 years including senior project management positions with NCR, AT&T and Bell Labs.
He founded Amteva Technologies in 1997 and as its President and CEO, led the company through design and development of the industry’s first internet based Unified Communications software platform. Dodrill secured funding for Amteva through strategic technology partners including AT&T, Bell Canada and Cisco Systems.
Dodrill is also Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Decisiv, a Service Relationship Management (SRM) software platform for the logistics industry. Additionally, he has numerous software patents to his name.
In addition to serving as board member, Dean also acts as technology consultant for Hotel Investor Apps.

Stacy Silver, is Founder and President of Silver Hospitality Group, LLC, a well-known consulting firm focused on building revenue and profitability for hospitality companies through industry relations and marketing solutions.
Ms. Silver has been an industry leader for over 25 years, holding prominent positions at Questex Media, publisher of Hotel Management, as well as ICD Publications, publisher of Hotel Business.
Since the inception of Silver Hospitality Group, she has been recognized as an industry leader and most recently as one of the top 30 influential women in hospitality by Hotel Management magazine. She has also founded the Distressed Hotel Summit and the Revenue Strategy Summit. Silver also is a frequent speaker at major industry events. She holds a Bachelors degree from SUNY Oneonta.
